Resource Development Advisor
Job Description Summary:
The Resource Development Advisor offers a technical advisory service to members and companies/contractors who work within Animbiigoo Zaagi'igan Anishinaabek's Traditional Territory.
Resource Development Program Summary:
The department oversees and provides advice on the many interests of our community such as:
- Water Power Generation
- Forestry
- Fisheries
- Exploration
The program also develops and enforces Consultation Policies that ensures:
- Protection of native values
- Mitigation measures are adequate
- Maximum opportunities for the community are achieved
- Advocacy for all land users within the community
