Deaths
Life events of Community Members such as Deaths must be registered and reported to Indian and Northern Affairs Canada.
To register/record a death, one of the following documentation is required:
- Vital Statistics Death Registration;
- Church Death Registration/Certificate; or
- Funeral Director's Statement.
- Burial Permit/Internment Certificate
Please contact the Membership Department with the required documentation to being processing the report of event.
